Refunds for Online Sales
We do not refund for change of mind. If an item is damaged or broken and it is deemed a manufacturing fault then you may be eligible for a full refund. If the fault is minor then a replacement or repair will be arranged. Discounted items cannot be replaced, repaired, exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges for Online sales
Returns on full priced items must be made within 14 days from purchase with the original receipt. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. If an item is not available at the time of exchange then a store credit note will be issued. Exchanges are not available on special orders or items not purchased from our stock.
